Adiacente una cappella cinquecentesca a pianta quadrata con volte in mattoni intonacati portate da possenti colonne in pietra .
Due locali extra-straordinari al piano terra, cuore spaziale di una serie di locali minori stratificati nel tempo, accanto e sopra.
Uno stretto pertugio tra i due corpi del palazzo in cui sono stati ricavati la scala e l’ascensore per il piano superiore. Cremona, la città dei mattoni.

Una struttura metallica appesa al tetto per la formazione di un nuovo soppalco abitabile.
Al momento dell’intervento magazzini in disuso e in forte stato di degrado: restaurati dalla famiglia proprietaria per farci la propria abitazione.

Restoration and re-functionalisation

A small theatre built in 1910 with a gallery carried by slender Ionic columns of artificial stone, formerly used as a parish oratory.
Adjacent, a 16th-century chapel with a square plan, plastered brick vaults carried by mighty stone columns.
Two extraordinary rooms on the ground floor, the spatial heart of a series of smaller rooms stratified over time, next to and above.
A narrow hole between the two parts of the building in which are located the staircase and lift to the upper floor. Cremona, the city of bricks.
